Ér Hangja is participating in an international exchange of professional experience, organized by InCo Molfetta Association, in Molfetta, Italy, this October. The purpose of the professional training activity financed by the Erasmus+ program is to strengthen the communication, dissemination and promotion skills of the participants in the field of Erasmus+ projects.
The InCo Molfetta Association is expecting 16 youth workers from various EU and non-EU countries: Croatia, France, Georgia, Greece, Kosovo, Latvia, the Netherlands, Romania and Serbia, between October 6 and 12, 2024. Romania is represented by two associations, one of which will be the Ér Hangja Association.
During the five-day training, participants attend workshops and hands-on sessions to bridge the gap between promotion and distribution, focusing on long-term planning and marketing strategies. Participants work daily in the youth support sector, which deals with non-formal education and supporting the personal and professional development of young people. The event called “Out Loud” is a decisive moment to give voice to the activities and experiences of youth workers, both literally and figuratively.
Ér Hangja Association is happy to participate in this professional event, which not only encourages professional development, but also contributes to strengthening the impact and visibility of the Erasmus+ program in the affected areas.
