Fun fact – the morning started with a massage for everyone. At first we discovered what this project participants think about volunteering. By using platform www.menti.com they wrote few words who associate with volunteering such as caring, happiness, humanity and adventures.
After that the project participants went to the city of Săcueni and interviewed some locals. According to locals volunteering is not so widespread in România, they believe that more volunteering organizations should be established.
In the afternoon participants visited the local children`s home to help. They cleaned some windows, made the back garden a little nicer by gathering the leaves.
At last they spent some time with the children by playing football and other games and thus learnt their situation better.
